Feeling anxious at night as your due date nears?

You're not alone.

Whether you’re navigating your first birth or still carrying fear from a past one—those final weeks can stir up everything: late-night what-ifs, racing thoughts, spiritual heaviness.

But birth prep doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
It doesn’t have to happen in a checklist or a classroom.

It can start right here—at bedtime.

This simple, powerful bedtime routine is designed to calm your spirit, nurture your body, and deepen your trust in God as you prepare for a peaceful, confident birth.

Inside this free 5-step routine, you'll learn to:

01
Calm Your Mind Before Sleep
02
Invite God’s peace into your preparation
03
Practice breathwork, visualization, and truth-based affirmations
04
Train your nervous system to respond to labor with peace, not panic
05
Build a rhythm of rest that carries into the birth room

Meet the Heart Behind the Guide

Hi, I’m Amanda—

Doula, childbirth educator, and founder of Rose Birth Services
and Born to Bloom: Christian Childbirth Academy.

I built this bedtime routine while preparing for my own peaceful homebirth—and I’ve since shared it with dozens of mamas walking through fear, overwhelm, or a desire to prepare with more intention and peace.

My heart is to help you anchor in God’s design for birth, build rhythms of trust, and walk into labor steady and spiritually covered.
Whether this is your first baby or your redemption story—I want you to know:

You were made for this. And you don’t have to walk through it alone.

“God’s design is not fragile. Neither are you.”

YOU DON'T NEED MORE BIRTH ADVICE

You need a rhythm that rewires your response to fear.

This isn’t about “manifesting a peaceful birth.”
This is about aligning with the design God already gave you.
One breath, one prayer, one night at a time.

This is for the mama who wants to:

✔ Sleep without spiraling

✔ Prepare for birth in a way that feels sacred, not clinical

✔ Rebuild trust in her body after a birth that felt disempowering

✔ Feel spiritually steady—even when birth doesn’t go as planned

✔ Anchor in faith instead of fear

If that’s you, this routine will meet you right where you are.
