In-Person Doula Support for Mamas in the Greater Nashville Area

Faith-rooted. Boldly discerning. Deeply human.

You were made to do this.
But that doesn’t mean you were meant to do it alone.

This is birth support that actually supports you.

No vague encouragement. No one-size-fits-all prep.

Just real, compassionate guidance from someone who knows the system—and how to work outside of it, too.

Hospital birth. Home birth. Birth center.

No matter where you’re planning to meet your baby, I help you prepare to do it with authority, peace, and power.

This is for you if...

  • You’re a Christian mama adding to your family and want your birth to reflect your values—not the system’s pressure.

  • You want to avoid unnecessary interventions and protect your ability to birth intuitively.

  • You’re feeling unsure how to navigate providers, policies, and protocols.

  • You’re not looking for passive support—you want someone who will stand beside you with love, clarity, and the boldness to back you up.

1. Free Matching Call with Amanda

We’ll chat by phone so Amanda can get to know you, your birth goals, and what matters most to your family. From there, she’ll thoughtfully match you with the Rose Birth doula who fits you best—which may be Amanda herself.

2. Meet Your Doula
If you’re matched with another Rose Birth doula, you’ll have a quick FaceTime to connect, ask questions, and make sure it feels like the right fit. If Amanda is your match, you’ve already done this part! Once you’ve met your doula and feel good moving forward, you’ll have one week to review your contract and reserve your due date.

3. Ongoing Access & Support

From the moment you book, we're in your corner. You’ll have a direct line to us for questions, encouragement, or processing—whether it’s week 10 or 38. As your third trimester approaches, we’ll shift into higher-touch support and faster response times.

4. Two In-Person Prenatal Visits

We’ll walk through your birth preferences, map out what-ifs, and prep physically, mentally, and spiritually. You’ll leave each visit feeling more confident and more ready.

5. Full Access to Our Childbirth Education Course; Born to Bloom

Amanda's complete online course is yours. Dive deep into everything from physiology and advocacy to breastfeeding and postpartum rhythms—on your schedule, with her voice guiding you.

6. 24/7 On-Call Support Starting at 38 Weeks

Once you're in the window, We're all in. Day or night, We're available when labor begins—and we'll be with you once active labor is established, wherever you’re birthing.

7. Continuous Labor Support

From hip squeezes to breath work, medical translation to prayer, we're there. Holding space, offering support, and keeping the room anchored in peace and clarity.

8. Immediate Postpartum Support

We'll help baby get latched, make sure you’re cared for, and ensure your birth space transitions gently into your postpartum space.

9. Postpartum Debrief Visit

A few weeks later, we’ll sit down together to talk through what happened, how you’re feeling, and what support you need moving forward. You will be tired—that’s real—but you won’t be alone. We'll help set you up for a nourished, supported postpartum experience.

Why Rose Birth Exists

A note from Amanda, our founder

Because my first birth was chaos, and I swore it wouldn’t be like that again.

My next birth? An 11-pound baby. Born at home. In the water.

I looked at my husband immediately afterward and said, “I could totally do that again.”

That difference changed the course of my life—and eventually became Rose Birth.

Today, our entire team shares the same mission: helping families walk away from birth feeling informed, supported, and at peace with the decisions they made.

We’re not here to take over or tell you how to birth.

We’re here to stand beside you, help you understand your options, and remind you that you don’t have to navigate birth alone.
